Hi everyone,

On the 31st of May 2026 I’ll be running 10km in the VHI Women’s Mini Marathon to raise funds for A Lust for Life, an incredible youth mental health charity that supports and empowers young people through early mental health education and prevention programmes.

As a mental health nurse and the very proud mammy to my two amazing children, this cause means a lot to me. I truly believe our children deserve the tools to understand their mental health, support each other, and face life’s challenges with strength and confidence.

I’ve never run further than 5km and haven’t run in over four years, so this will definitely be a personal challenge!
