My home town in the Philippines, Cagayan Valley, is submerged in water
from Typhoon Ulysses. 

Around 1000 families in Cagayan Province were Evacuated due to flash flood triggered by the continuous rain. 

The local government implemented a force evacuation in 29 barangays in 8 townsthat are submerged in flood due to the heavy rain brought by Typhoon Ulysses. 

Many are in need of shelter. Food. Clothings.
