CAG Competition Finals

Hi! We are the Stanton Street Duo. We are a new harmonica-guitar ensemble that performs a varied repertoire consisting of mostly original compositions and arrangements inspired by our combined mixed heritage and a strong Latin-American influence.

We are raising funds for our trip to participate in the finals of the “Concert Artists Guild Victor Elmaleh Competition” in New York City. Last year we applied to this prestigious international competition to give our performing career a kickstart. Now, after two rounds and months of hard work, we made it to the finals!

This is a really big deal for us. Performing and touring has been our goal and participating in this competition takes us one step closer to making our dream become a reality. The grand prize includes international management as well as performances at Merkin Hall in New York and Wigmore Hall in London. The funds we raise will be used to help us pay for ours and our 20-month-old daughter’s flight to NYC. Expenses will also include hospitality, food, transportation and child care.
