Cafe Euphoria's Build-Out! #troytransthriving

Cafe Euphoria is a transgender and gender nonconforming worker-owned & operated full-service restaurant, co-working lounge, curated thrift store and events space located in downtown Troy, NY. Our team is excited to create this safer space for the Capital Region’s LGBTQIA+ community and our allies! We’ve secured our storefront and plan on opening doors early winter 2021.

Over the next 5 weeks, we’re fundraising $50,000 for our brick-and-mortar build-out and equipment purchases.

Your donation will go toward supporting the following key start-up expenses:

$25,000 - Kitchen Counters, Shelving and Cabinetry 
$20,000 - Cafe Equipment
$5,000    - Cafe Serviceware 

Cafe Euphoria's vision is rooted in cultivating a local gender-affirming environment where all people can holistically nourish themselves. We're excited to provide folks with meaningful opportunities for employment, community building and self-expression. Our project encourages folks to shine at their fullest by lifting up trans and gender nonconforming visibility.

We're also offering donors small gifts of appreciation. They are as follows:

We'll be touching base about gifts via a GoFundMe thank you message, which will include our email contact information; please keep your eyes out as this is how we will be gathering your mailing address info. GFM redacts any email info listed here so we have to communicate via that route once you've donated.
