Hello my name is Nicola & I hope to try & raise funds for the veterinary treatment that has already been completed on Caesar. The owner is not in a position to pay the full cost of the bill & are not able to set up a payment plan the dog is being kept until the bill is paid & accumulates every half a day please I k ow times are hard for most people but anything would be appreciated xx
