Hi, my name is Debbie. Ive always seen Cesar as an older brother. As he grew up with my own, hand and hand. He was a goofy kind hearted person. Always protective of his family and friends. He was the eldest of 3 and always took care of his mom.

We all have battles we face everyday, as life weathers us down. Cesar has worked hard to overcome and strive, always pushing forward . As God saw an opportunity to save him from his troubles and life’s treacherous hands. We say good bye to a son, a brother and a friend.
