Health information should work the same way. Today it doesn't. Your records sit in fragments: one hospital system here, a specialist's clinic there, a lab portal you've lost the password to, a folder of paper from a country you no longer live in.
Each place holds a piece.
No one holds the whole picture.
The cost of that fragmentation is real: repeated tests, delayed treatment, medication errors, avoidable expense, and critical details that simply never reach the person treating you.
Caduceus is an early-stage platform designed to be your health passport

The Patient at the Center
Most health-data systems are organized around institutions. Records belong to the hospital that created them; sharing happens between organizations, and the patient is copied in at best.
Caduceus is designed to invert that. The patient sits at the center, holding the record and holding the permissions. Everyone else (clinicians, family members, researchers, institutions) connects through them.
