Help Fund Cade’s Recovery From Gender-Affirming Surgery

Hi! My name is Cade, and I am a trans masculine queer person living in Texas. Beginning my medical transition in 2020 saved my life and gave me a future I could see myself in. It has allowed me to feel some sense of safety while living in a hostile state. It’s taken years of therapy and loving friends, but I am truly falling in love with the man I have become.

The next step in my medical journey will involve taking 6 weeks off of work to recover. I am fortunate to have some really great insurance coverage (if I can find someone in-network) and PTO, but I will need to raise the funds to compensate the loss of wages. Your donations will go towards consult fees, bills, groceries, and medical supplies to help me heal as comfortably as possible. I don’t have a surgery date yet, but I’m hopeful it will be on the books soon!
