Cadence Warr

Hi, my name is Jeff. I'm trying to help my friend and colleague Cadence Warr. Last week Cadence's apartment complex caught fire. Many units were destroyed. Fortunately, Cadence and her daughter, Cecelia (and their cat Archer), are safe. Unfortunately, her unit suffered heavy smoke and water damage. She has been forced to relocate and is currently without a home. Almost all of her belongings are damaged and, at the very least, must undergo a costly cleaning process. Any help anyone can give would be most appreciated.
