Our hearts break for the tragic death of Caden Blood, he passed away in a tragic accident. The Blood family is completely devastated by the loss of their 10 year old son. This GoFundMe was set up to help with funeral and other expenses. Please help if you can, it's hard to imagine what it would be like being in their shoes. Losing their precious son and then faced with multiple expenses involved with funeral costs etc.

"

Our hearts are breaking as we have lost our dear “baby boy” Caden Charles Blood. He was just 10 years old.

 

 

Yesterday October 10, 2021 we found him in the barn and he had been playing around and doing his chores of watering the doggies and he somehow had a tragic accident. The paramedics tried to revive him by CPR as we prayed desperately that the Lord Who created our dear son and gave him life might bring him back to us....but we had to say goodbye. We had to face saying goodbye to the light of our families life, the little ham, the little joy and ray of sunshine in our home, the string of bright lights, the one who makes us all laugh with his happy antics and comical animation, the eager little announcer and broadcaster for all our family and farm happenings, the one who happily whistles while he works and sings “Jesus Loves Me” at the top of his lungs in the store, the car and playing outside with all his pets, the one who just a week ago in Church responded unprompted to the Pastors alter call appeal to give your heart fully to Jesus by raising your hand high as he prayed for those who would like to accept Jesus into their heart and make a commitment to be His follower, the little happy giggler and constant hugger of his Mommy & Daddy and each of his siblings he looked up to as his hero’s and endless kisses to his puppies and kitties and ponies and chickens.

 

 

Our pain is beyond description and we just wish we could have him here with us again...for just one more love. Just one more birthday, one more Christmas, one more pony ride, one more meal and Church service, one more family worship and one more camping trip and boating ride, one more hike and picnic...just one more of all the amazing good things God has blessed us with because of this dear sweet 10 year old boy. Oh how our hearts ache. Oh how we loved him and now miss him beyond comprehension. But we trust God. We choose to thank Him for all He is and all His lovely goodness and grace and compassion He has bestowed upon us in the 10 years and 2 months we had him.

 

God lovingly gave Caden to us in August 28, 2011 when he was just 7 months old...a little tiny baby that had been rescued from a drug home where he was neglected in a room with a crib and a bottle. His skin was grey and this skinny little baby had no muscle tone from no one holding or loving him was placed into my arms and the very moment I held him he was mine.

 

 

He was my baby boy who I loved to rock and snuggle with and feed him his bottle. He quickly learned how to respond to our affection and care and began to thrive and sit up, then crawl and walk and talk and his eyes shined with life and joy!!!

 

We were able to officially adopt Caden and his half brother Colten (who was 3.5 years old when he came to us). The adoption day was very special to our family and it just happened to be October 9, 2013.

 

 

Caden passed away on October 10. Our sole desire was to teach these precious boys about Jesus and His great love for them and how He can wash us clean and save us from our sins and look forward to eternal life with God and all the Angels in Heaven someday. Heaven is a happy place and there will be no pain or sickness or sorrow or death. Heaven is for kids.

 

 

Caden played his little CD each night when he went to bed and the last year it was always this same CD from the Heritage Singers and the very first song♥️on the CD that he listened to every single night was called ~~ “Heaven is for KIDS”. He has 4 pictures of Jesus on his walls in his room and 3 of those are of little boys with Jesus. Caden loved everything about Jesus and all that was good and happy.

 

 

Was always so concerned about others feelings and wanted to be with people every second of his day. The Bible tells us that death is a sleep and our loved ones quietly wait in the grave until the resurrection day when Jesus shall come through the clouds and every eye shall see Him and we which are alive at that time when Christ shall come the second time, will be caught up with our resurrected loved ones to meet our Savior in the air. ✨☁️✨We truly love the Lord with all we have in us and so did this precious little boy.

 

 

He knew all the Bible stories by heart and memorized lots of Scripture each morning as he did his own little devotion and drew a picture and colored it and prayed for Jesus to come into his heart and help him to grow and obey and love and follow Him. My sweet boy, I trust our loving God Who holds the keys of the grave and we praise Him for the 10 beautiful years He gave you to us and we know beyond a shadow of a doubt we will see you come up when Jesus calls the righteous to come up out of the graves and receive immortal bodies and glittering crowns and eternal life. Rest In Peace my child. Rest and sleep in Jesus.

 

 

Mommy and Daddy will be longing to see you again soon. ♥️ We love you SOOOOO MUCH dear sweet Caden.
