Hi, I’m Miguel, owner of Cabrera’s Mexican Restaurant. A small family owned and operated business that got blown away on the morning of December 11, 2021 due to a deadly tornado that passed along Bowling Green. It tore down many buildings in the community and unfortunately we were one of them.

This has been a nightmare for us, we have dedicated the past 10 years of our life to this business, this is all we know and all we have. Yesterday we fell asleep with a business and today we woke up with absolutely nothing, it’s truly something that can’t be explained. I feel devastated as long with my family. Words can’t describe how demoralizing it feels to see your whole life be crushed into pieces. The restaurant was my home and the customers were my family, for they are the foundation of this all, they are who keep us together and lift our head when we wanted to give up and for that I’m grateful. We have been loyal to our community and now I humbly ask that the community of Bowling Green helps me and my family with repairs that are needed to rebuild our business.
