Bell'Place Incorporated has acquired an old warehouse and property previously known as the old "Icehouse" built circa 1920's in Fort Valley Ga. We would like to rehab the structure and turn it into a viable place for employment for our community. The property consists of a 15,000 SQ foot warehouse with offices, rail service and docks. The property sits on 3.5 acres and is commercially zoned for any business. We have taken a look at several ventures such as indoor farming and subcontracting work from a 1/2 billion dollar company Bluebird bus company that sits on the other side of the railroad tracks. Our community desperately needs jobs and we feel that our project can help facilitate this endeavor. We have already paid for the property but we desperately need the funds to clean it up and make it ready and beneficial for the next 100 years of it's existence. Fort Valley Ga is a small town where  income is low and good jobs and fresh food are hard to find. We feel that with your help we can change all of that. So please donate and help a worthy cause.
