On November 16th, at 1:09am Cristiano Cabase (son of Eddie and Suzi) fought his last fight. After a week long battle in the PICU with RSV, Cristiano is now with his Lord and Savior. The family and their friends are heart broken. We weep, we pray, and we believe Cristiano is now dancing on streets of gold in Heaven, fully healed and fully whole.
Cristiano was nothing short of a warrior. From his very first day, every breath, every step of progress was a fight, one that for over 8 years he, Suzi and Eddie would show amazing victory. “Cristiano was the epitome of love and joy” - Suzi Cabase. He reflected the love, affirmation, and victory that he received from his parents; who fought tirelessly for his development, growth, and daily victory. His parents received those gifts from God above and passed them on to Cristiano. Their family story is inspiring. Now it is our opportunity to return that gift of love and devotion to shower this family with respect, appreciation, and blessing when it is needed most. Funds are being raised to assist in the expenses associated with Cristiano’s celebration of life. This little man lived more life in 8 years than most do in a lifetime and his daily story of perseverance and victory is a testimony of what faith can do in every one of our lives.
