Cabaret to You
Want to join me in making a difference?
On Saturday 14th August, 7:30 pm, AEST, I'll be presenting an online Cabaret, performing some of the songs from my recent engagement at Claire's Kitchen at Le Salon, plus some other ones.
My purpose? At this time, I want to give everyone that I can, a warm virtual embrace through music and a few tales. In addition to this, I am creating an opportunity to raise funds, even by the smallest contribution (absolutely NO pressure at all though!), to The Actors Benevolent Fund (ABF) . The Arts industry, like many, is on its knees.
Through compassionate and confidential support, the ABF helps entertainment professionals throughout NSW maintain their health, dignity, and their ability to work. (When we are not in a pandemic!!). At the moment, entertainment professionals need help more than ever.
The ABF offers a program of grants and interest-free loans and provides critical financial help to entertainment industry professionals at the time of their greatest need. We assist in rent payments, groceries, utility payments, and mental health session assistance.
Administered by a Management Committee of volunteers, the ABF is a registered charity that assists artists and technicians.
Applications are treated with strict confidentiality.
Looking forward to "seeing" you on the 14th. Thank you in advance for your support, monetary or otherwise, it will be just great to "be in the room" with you all.
