My mom “Cab Melissa” was life flighted Sunday night August 1st to Methodist in Des Moines. Anyone who knows my mom Cab Melissa knows she always puts everyone else first, and now it’s time to put her first. She has cancer in her lungs and spine that has caused a slow decline in her health and overall quality of life. My dad has been having to take a crazy amount of time off work and mom obviously can’t work. Any help would be greatly appreciated with dad having to take so much time off to be her support system through her hospital stays.
