Urgent Repairs Needed for Elderly Couple

I am trying to assist an elderly couple and their disabled daughter to fix their home floors and gas line and water heater.

They had a leak that filled their crawl space with water. It destroyed their floors cause of all the moisture under the home. It was the pressed particle type wood flooring. The leak which has been going on for up to a year according to the plumber has corroded their gas line causing nipsco to turn off gas to the home in an emergency situation. It was found to have been leaking gas. The floors throughout the home need to be replaced with areas of the home severely damaged. They currently as stated have no gas so can not cook or get hot water. A church has offered to fix the floors labor free if they can buy materials. That is why we are trying to get an emergency fund raiser going. I have set them up with a company called Foresight Home Improvement that is working on their bathroom, gas line and water heater but money is a necessary to continue. This is the order in which we are proceeding if we get funds.

1. bathroom toilet, phalange, water pipe replaced, and water supply to toilet Bathroom flooring that was destroyed removed, new flooring put down. The leak must be stopped before proceeding to step 2. Estimate for this is $1,057.00. They paid 300.00, we assisted with an additional 400.0 leaving them around 375.00 yet to be paid for this project.

step 2- the damaged gas line removed, new gas line placed and checked for leaks. Connected back to the home. Turn gas back on. Step 2 must be completed before step 3 can be done. Estimate for this was $887.00 but they are doing it for $507.00 reducing their labor charge.

Step 3 is the water heater thermocoupler needs replaced and checked for gas leaks. So they have hot water again. To diagnose the water heater to make sure it is the thermocoupler it is 50.00 but then additional charges are incurred to fix it. Estimate if it is the thermocoupler was around $380.00

Step 4 is to place new flooring in the other bathroom, hall, dining room and laundry room all have areas where the flooring has fallen through or is in the process of falling. A church called Grace Community Church is doing this labor charge free only for the cost of materials which will be $1,800.00. Please consider helping this couple get their home back in order. I have included some pics of the wood that was pulled up and condition of the floor. I have only asked for the bare minimum goal to help get this fixed for them. Thank you.
