Donate To Doberman Desert Dogs

On behalf of Great Babies Rescue, please allow me to introduce you to 9 dobermans living in the high desert in California that need our help to survive! GBR is a 501c3 rescue organizing this effort

Dobie- 1 yr old white, Ellie- 6 yr old fawn, Willow- 4 yr old fawn who gave birth to 2 babies in the desert last night, Pringle- 4 yr old white, Sheba- 2 yr old black shutting down from lack of food, and 2 puppies 15 weeks old that no one else wanted, a fawn and blue. Notice the abundance of white and fawn Dobermans, as they are the most prone to skin cancer, light sensitive and sunburn.

Most of the Dobermans come to Michigan for rehoming, and a few to Indiana.

Transportation is very expensive, but we have very few Dobermans in Michigan shelters, and I do prioritize my home state first. To my knowledge, no doberman has every been euthanized in a Michigan shelter, unless it was behavioral euthanasia, such as a bite history.

All dogs must receive rabies, distemper, bordetella before leaving. Once situated in a foster home, dogs need a heartworm test and heartworm prevention started, and all dogs must be altered.

We know saving these dogs isn't a priority for everyone, but for doberman lovers, it is a mission.

We also have food costs, local transport fees, and boarding fees in California, until the dogs can come to us. This is a very expensive project, and we truly appreciate every dollar donated.

Please help us save these beautiful Dobermans, who deserve a good life.
