Help me publish my first novel

Hi, I’m Kevin. I am looking for financial support to help me promote and market my first novel. I have now located a publisher and the book has been edited, and my next challenge is designing the cover. The book should be published in October. The working title is “Churchills ACES: Last Chance To Die” So here’s the plot:

1944: Adolf Hitler and his high command have developed a new weapon that they believe will thwart the D Day landings and change the course of the war. It’s up to Ian Fleming and Winston Churchill to defeat the Nazis plans. They create an elite commando unit - Churchill’s ACES - to head to Sweden to disrupt the Third Reich’s weapon production. While the mission is a success, the ACES are stranded in Sweden and must fight their way home. Meanwhile, Fleming finds there are German spies everywhere, not least at the very heart of British Intelligence. Fleming sends disinformation to confuse the enemy. But will he succeed?
