Hi everyone,

My name is Ivanna and I’m fundraising for my 5-year-old Labrador, Nala — my sweet COVID baby and truly my best friend.

On December 5th, 2025, Nala suddenly began having seizures and I rushed her to the emergency vet. After several tests, she was diagnosed with pyometra, a severe and life-threatening infection. This condition can be fatal and lead to death if not treated immediately. Without emergency surgery, her uterus can rupture and the outcome can be devastating.

The cost of the surgery and treatment is approximately $5,000, and while I wish I could cover it on my own, this was completely unexpected and far beyond what I can afford right now. I’m doing everything in my power to save her, and asking for help is my last option.

Nala is the happiest, sweetest soul — she loves fetch, she loves every human she meets, and she has a special way of putting smiles on faces wherever she goes. She is truly a light in my life, and all I want is to give her the chance to keep shining.
