Sarah's recovery

After suffering a stroke, far too young, Sarah needs all the support she can get. She spent 12 weeks in the hospital and rehabilitation center. Sarah has been discharged to her family's care but needs more therapy than her insurance will cover.  She works so hard everyday to get better and has improved tremendously. She still has some hurdles to get over and a physical therapist a few days a week at home will help her accomplish her goals. This money will go to her family to help them with the cost of this.
