Our daughter Emily Rose Galasso continues to fight for her life everyday. She was diagnosed preterm with Hypoplastic Right Heart Syndrome with Pulmonary Atresia and Tricuspid Atresia. She requires 3 heart surgeries to save her adolescent life and we were recently informed because she will be a one ventricle baby she most likely will require a complete liver and/or heart transplant as early as 20-30 years of age. We do not normally ask for any help from anyone but have been asked most recently by someone to form a GoFundMe page rather than the normal Venmo so decided to post and share her story. We also have a 4 year old and 5 year old at home which makes it very difficult being 2 hours away from them. Money raised would be applied towards medical costs, living costs during these next several months while we are at Children's & gas costs to and from home.
