At 1220am on October 11th I woke up to my oldest daughter screaming mom grab the kids there's a fire. As I rolled over to ask her what she was talking about I heard a man's voice yelling everyone get out there's a fire. At those words I jumped out of bed and to the closest kid. I grabbed him from his bed and threw him at that man who brought him outside as my oldest daughter grabbed the youngest. Once everyone was outside I saw the fire climbing the side of my house near the youngest room. The fire came from my neighbors shed and then to my house. All my kids we safely outside so I went back in to find the cats I got the first one with no issue but couldn't find the 2nd. I went back outside thinking I could somehow put the fire out with my hose but since it was right next to the fire I couldn't get near it. Everyone on the scene was listening to a hold message from 911 as my house was burning. The fire caused what seems to be minor damage but we can not live in out home till repairs have been made. My youngest lost the most as the fire blew her bedroom window out and climbed to the roof. Her room sustained alot of smoke and water damage along with the rest of the windows on that side of the house being smashed and the siding under the aluminum siding then catching fire. We are currently staying in a hotel that is a good distance from where the kids attend school and sports. We have to drive down there daily and the cost is adding up. Any help given will be greatly appreciated at this difficult time.
