My name is Amy. I have known Jess for 28 years. In these 28 years, he has become my brother, my family. Charlie, a rescue bulldog, came into Jess's life a year and three months ago. While Jess rescued Charlie, Charlie also rescued Jess. They've become the best of friends and have not been separated since day one.

Charlie & Jess need your help! Charlie was rushed to Albuquerque, NM from Bayfield, CO, because he was experiencing head tremors and siever vomiting.

They found it was because his intestines had twisted and ended up in his chest cavity, pushing on his heart. After a 4-hour surgery and 6" of his intestines removed, he is now stable and recovering in ICU at the VCA Animal Hospital. Charlie is expected to have to stay through Sunday. So far the bill is over $12,500.00. This emergency surgery has affected Jess mentally, emotionally and financially. Charlie and Jess need your help.

Knowing Jess all these years and knowing his love for Charlie, it pains me to see them both going through such a hard time. I also know Jess would never ask for help, so I am.
