Jim McDougall Hospice Support

Hi everyone, we have met our goal of $10,000!!!! Thank you so much! Anything after this point is going to be donated to a White Earth Veteran's  Memorial Wall.  Recently, Jim requested that the White Earth Tribal Council pass a resolution for a Veteran Cemetary.  This will be located directly behind the Tribal Office. Attached is the resolution

Again, thank you for the continued support for our Veterans!

Everyone an update on Jim. He has been home on hospice for two weeks. Jim is a 100% disabled Navy Veteran who honorably served our country. In September of 2020, he was informed that he had Interstitial Lung Disease (ILD). Serving during Vietnam along with other service-related details, he was exposed to asbestos, Agent Orange, and jet fuels.

We are asking for your help to provide 24-hour caregiver support for four people at this point, pay electricity for three oxygen concentrators, missing paychecks, and general care for our loved one.

When he was sent home, his Doctor's said he had days to a couple of weeks. When the ambulance dropped him off at the house they told us that he would not survive on home-based oxygen therapy. What he has shown are strength and reziliency!

If you can, please give to support his Care Team at this time!
