SGT Jesse Walk is a member of the Maryland Army National Guard. He has deployed twice, once in Iraq and once in Afghanistan. SGT Walk recently lost a leg in a bad motorcycle accident. SGT Walk's full time job is as a technician repairing helicopters in the Maryland Army National Guard. He has no medical/sick l leave left. SGT Walk and his family need some financial assistance for family expenses.
There is also a fund raising event being held by a local business on 9 August 2014. Many have already expressed interest in helping SGT Walk and his family via donations. This is one of the best ways I could find to accomplish that mission.
