Support Brett Smith's Recovery

Our dear friend, USMC veteran Sgt. Brett Smith was recently injured in a swimming accident. A veteran of Operation Enduring Freedom, Brett fractured 2 vertebrae in his upper back and required emergency surgery to repair the damage. He is currently dealing with symptoms of paralysis and has a long road ahead of him to recovery. As a son, a brother, a husband, and a friend, Brett means the absolute world to all of us. With his amazing wife Stacie and his family by his side, his determination and strength through this difficult time is one of the most inspiring things we have ever seen. He has already showed great progress in a very short period of time, and we are very hopeful for more as he heals. I think most people who know Brett are confident that if there is one person out there that can beat the odds, it's Brett Smith.

His road will be long and difficult, and that's where we come in. This fund is to help support Brett and Stacie with medical, home, and miscellaneous expenses throughout his recovery process.

Stacie will be regularly updating Brett's progress at Caring Bridge

Please help where you can. Thank you.
