Theo's Car Accident

Hi everyone. I hate doing this, but it feels like my only option at the moment. I was struck by a car earlier this month, and though it was not my fault, the onus of proof is on me. No witnesses stopped when I was hit, and the section of road I was on had no traffic cameras that could show the event clearly. Because of this, I have been informed that 100% of the fault lies on me as I cannot provide proof beyond my own word. Here's the kicker: I was in an Evo car, and they are going to be charging me $1000 as the accident was ruled my fault by ICBC.

I had not been expecting such an expense, and currently have no way to access that kind of money. So I am asking for help from friends and family. If you are able to afford it, please consider it an advanced birthday, Christmas, and everything else sort of gift. I would never normally ask for this, and those who know me well know how hard it is for me to ask for help. But I need help now.
