Hi -My Dad made this bench in memory of our Mum at a place where myself and my five siblings would go for picnics as a family at Papermill Lock. My Dad comes up to varnish the bench and plant flowers around it frequently. Myself, my siblings and their partners always visit. Papermill Lock is a place that means a lot to us. Unfortunately, the chair has been vandalised. Chairs are surprisingly expensive and after so much damage we will need to replace this. So I've set-up a go-fund-me page so we can help replace my Mum's Bench for all to use. Any donations would be much appreciated and will go straight to the restoration/ replacement of the bench.
