I recently found out that the person I was making payments to, for my home, was not making the lot rent payments. Stated that it was my misunderstanding that I should have been paying it all along (been over a year)...where I believe I was told after we owned it, we would pay the lot rent.
The managers came by the other day and told us that either we have to come up with the money quick, or we have to find a new place to live.
I work very hard at 2 jobs. One being at a school, which is out for the summer but I just don't have the extra money. I only have 8 more months to pay on my home and then it's ours. I can't lose it now. I'm sick to my stomach to think this could really be happening.
I have two children that also rely on a house to come home to. Please if you could find it in your heart to donate any amount...it will be greatly appreciated.
I am not one to ask for anything. If I need it but can't afford it, I will go without....but I can't go without my home.
