Help Jake with medical bills

Hi everyone! This is a GoFundme for my brother in law Jake/John. He has been battling Crohn’s his whole life and recently has had a very traumatic experience. He’s been hospitalized for a few weeks now and had a major surgery due to his Crohn’s. I don’t want to get into much detail but this was a life saving surgery. His fiancé Peyton has been by his side the whole time and he is lucky to have such a loving family who’s been supporting him. I’m reaching out to help them with medical expenses. We don’t know how much or how long he will be in the hospital but we do know we don’t want them to have to stress about the expenses of it. He we will be out from work for and extended period of time. Any donation will help.
