Hello, I am Cory Dierolf, and I was diagnosed with stage 4 Pancreatic Cancer in May of 2014. I am currently unable to work and the medical bills are accumulating rapidly. My work benefits will be running out in 2 weeks and I will be responsible for major medical bills, mortgage, monthly bills etc. which I have no way of paying once my disablilty benefit runs out. I am trying to raise money so I can focus on a full recovery and not worry about losing my home and everything else I have worked for my entire Life.
