The night of September 30th, Matthew’s world changed forever. A devastating house fire took everything from him — his home, his clothes/belongings, and most painfully, his 4 children - Matthias (6) , Aiden (5) , Nathaniel (1) , and Kaylee (14). Their mother Aida Marrero also passed away in the fire as well. The pain is indescribable, and we are still trying to understand how to move forward from this unimaginable loss.

As a family - we are heartbroken, grieving, and overwhelmed. We’re asking for support as Matthew faces a long road ahead.
