Please Help Support Andrew Gerome

On the evening of April 5th, our father's birthday, my brother Andrew started experiencing such severe stomach pain and began vomiting nonstop for the next 6 hours. He went to the emergency room the next morning and was rushed into emergency surgery. Apparently his small intestine was severely tied in a knot causing an intestinal obstruction. After more than an hour of trying to untie the knot, the surgeon ended up removing a large part of Andrew's small intestine. He was supposed to be discharged the following Sunday, but so far, has made no signs of improvement. . He has lost close to 15 pounds, and his nutritionist says he is severely malnourished. Andrew has now been in the hospital for over a week and still has intense pain and nausea.
The reason I'm starting this campaign is because my brother is UNINSURED. His medical bills are piling up, with surgeries and prolonged hospital stays. If you can donate anything, large or small, I know Andrew and his family would be forever grateful. He needs to focus on getting well and not financial burdens so he can return home to his 2 young boys and be the father they need.
