Cole Theile's 3 girls and wife

My precious brother left this earth too soon leaving Ashley his wife of almost 13 years, and 3 girls Audrey (13), Abbey (10), and Adeline (7 months) and tons of friends and family members.

Growing up. Cole and I did everything together..even shared the same friend group as teenagers as we were only 18 months apart.

He was hilarious and so smart. He always had the most random knowledge of events/places/things imaginable.

I will copy and paste a status my mother shared as im too emotional in this early stage of grieving.

It is taking a lot of courage for me share information about the passing of my only son, Stephenson Cole Theile. I feel the need to reveal the circumstances of his passing to avoid speculation that sometimes occurs with such a tragic and sudden loss of such a young man.

On Tuesday, January 24th Cole arrived at a local urgent care in Bristol, TN sometime around 7PM. He was told he could not be seen due to the fact that their closing time was 7:30pm. He walked back to his car and called me. He was very upset and scared. He told me that he felt something was terribly wrong with him stating that he was so winded that he could barely get back to his car. He was experiencing shortness of breath, extreme fatigue and sluggishness and had thrown up a couple of times. After some discussion, I urged him to go to the Bristol Regional Medical Center Emergency Department, which he did.

After a series of tests, he was told they had no findings and sent him home at 4am on Wednesday January 25th. Later that morning he collapsed and was taken by EMTs back to BRMC Emergency.

The only information we received from the emergency department doctor was that they could not revive him and that the only finding during his earlier visit to the hospital was that his troponin level was slightly elevated. We are awaiting results of an autopsy to hopefully help understand what happened to my beautiful son.

Cole and Ashley did not have ' final expenses ' aranged since only being in their 30s.

Cole and I lost our father in 1995 which left our mother being a single mother of 3..and now Ashley is in the same foot prints my mother was at her age.
