Support Brandy's Recovery

Please help support Brandy as she recovers from an emergency hospital stay and has to face a period without stable work!

My friend Brandy has been facing some emergency health complications that mean she won't be able to work and support herself for at least the next month. I'm making this fundraiser at her request to help provide her with bare living essentials for the month.

I met Brandy through work we did together with the Portland chapter of Black & Pink. Up until a few years ago Brandy was incarcerated and has been building towards some hard-won stability since her release. This challenge is another bump on a road that's been very full of barriers for her, and I'd love your help supporting her through it.

Please contribute and share. I'll return with updates or goal increases if they're needed. All funds will go to my bank account and be transferred to Brandy via the Cash app, her preferred method for receiving funds at this time.
