I am a widow of a Viet Nam veteran. I lost him in 2013 due to Agent Orange. This year I was diagnosed with Invasive ductal carcinoma. After the biopsy the doctor said it was the size of an almond so I chose to have a Lumpectomy in April. The results were that the lump was bigger and 2 out of 3 Lymph Nodes were cancerous. Later that month I had to have a Bilateral Mastecomy surgery. I am having 8 rounds of Chemotherapy then I will have to have 6 weeks of Radiation Therapy. The radiation therapy will be 5 days a week. With these surgeries, doctores visits, chemo every other week I have not been able to work due to the side effects.
