As many of you know, my daughter, Jessica, is severely developmentally delayed. Rather than moving Jessie to a group home in town when she turned 25, my son, Adam, asked to have Jessie move in with him. Quite a remarkable thing for a 29 year old single man to take on, but he's done it willingly and lovingly. After eight months as roomies, he and Jessie are getting along really well. He has her working out in the evening and going for long walks on the weekends. He even went skiing with her last month! The one thing he hasn't been able to do is take her running with him. Adam loves to do trail runs and has even competed in an Ultra Marathon. For Jessie's 26th birthday, this January, I want to give Adam and Jessie an all terrain jogging wheelchair, so they can go running together. I need your help to make that happen.
