Help Palmer Family Get Safe from Stalker

My kids and I are laying low, safely in an hotel due to our neighbor, West, having a Psychotic break. He has targeted my son and I and keeps harassing us through out the day and night. And has already assaulted two neighbors and verbally threatened to kill multiple neighbors on my block. I was able to successfully get him arrested on Friday morning but the situation has only gotten more violent since his release. My kids and I ran for safety and this comes with great expense. I am requesting financial help from the community so that my kids and I can transition into a new home. These expenses include: Moving Expense, Deposit, Rent, Food and current Hotel Expense. I would greatly

appreciate the community helping my kids and I escape safely from my psychotic neighbor. The cops have confirmed he has a mental illness and their hands are tied, stating in video “can’t fix mental illness.” I am not ok with living across the street from my neighbor West. I can see in his eyes he can pop at any moment. He is completely obsessed with my son and I and it’s very dangerous.

I would not recover if anything happened to my beautiful kids. This is a dire situation and we would graciously appreciate any support in our time of need.
