Lori has been in a fight with stage 4 Metastatic melanoma cancer for 7 years. She has had multiple surgeries Including 2 on her brain along with years of chemotherapy and radiation. She is 46 and a single mom of 3. As of right now her condition has left her bed ridden for the last 9 months as she goes in and out of Consciousness and can barely remember anything. Our youngest sister is 17 and trying to prepare for college and a world without a mother’s support. This has been a long battle and has been very tough on all the kids emotionally as well as financially. I spent 3 years in the army then got granted hardship discharge from them so I could go back and support my mother and sister. We could use all the support we can get and greatly appreciate everyone’s help.
