We just found out my dad have a heart problem a few days ago, and yesterday my dad had to go to the emergency room to have surgery because without it he would have died. We went  to visit my grandmas and family on a very limited budget and loan, and don't have insurance to cover the medical cost of the surgery and hospitalization in Vietnam. I can't help my parent with the bill because I'm only working part-time and recovering from a health issue. It is unfortunate but we have to leave him in Vietnam to go back to the US because we don't have the fund to stay back and change the flight schedule. My dad has had a hard life growing up without a father, fighting in the Vietnam War (on the American side), and surviving the communist re-education camp.  I hope he makes a quick recovery and stay with us for another few years. Any help is appreciated. Thank you.
