Help Rambo get the care he needs

My dog was hit yesterday, The surgery costs 7 grand and my father could only afford 4 grand. So I am looking to save my fur baby by raising some money for him. He is a 2 year old happy healthy dog who was laying down in our drive way and got hit. Now has two options surgery or death.. Clearly there is no reason to put down a healthy 2 year old dog. Other then him being hit by a car and needing a surgery so he can walk again.
