Our best friend/mother/mother-in-law, Holly J. Myers’ husband Mark Myers has recently been diagnosed with throat cancer that is inoperable and must be treated with radiation and chemotherapy.

Before the diagnosis, Holly and Mark were busy running a restaurant in Sterling, NY, “The Village Grill of Fair Haven.” Like many other small businesses, the pandemic had them barely scraping by to make ends meet as it was. Now, Mark is too sick to work, and Holly, who was an employee of the restaurant, is also out of a job, has her own health issues, and is also Mark’s caretaker, but the bills keep on coming. Bills don’t care about cancer.

We understand that times are tough for us all right now, but we’re asking for some help for our friends; if you could spare a few bucks, they’d certainly appreciate it, and we would too.
