Our friend Joel Leos was recently diagnosed with a rare and serious autoimmune disorder after being hospitalized due to extreme abdominal pain. Antiphospholipid Syndrome (APLS), along with a Prothrombin gene mutation and elevated Beta-2 Glycoprotein I antibodies. 

These conditions increase his risk of dangerous blood clots, strokes, and even death. At this time there is still no diagnosis for the seizures he has had over the last year.

If you know Joel, you know he's always the one pushing others and himself to be their best- whether as a coach, athlete or friend. A heart of gold, the resilience of a million men - always dancing and bringing fun to the party!

Now, he isn't asking for it, but he could use our help.
