Hi, my name is Devin Gavin, and I’m excited to share that I’m in my senior year at THE Alabama State University for Music. I’ve worked hard toward this goal and dream of becoming a band director — someone who can inspire, teach, and lead the next generation of young musicians.

Music has always been my passion, and I believe it has the power to change lives. I want to be the kind of teacher and mentor who makes a difference in kids’ lives — especially those who need someone to believe in them.

But to get there, I need your help. Despite having a job and doing everything I can to support myself, I’m facing financial challenges that make it difficult to cover the full cost of tuition, and other school expenses. I’m trying to raise $8,000 to help fill that gap so I can get back enrolled and stay focused on my goal which is graduating and preparing myself for the future.
