Hello my name is Blake Hoard. I'm fundraising for Gillian Lewis. On June 13 2023 she suffered a stroke at home. She called me and said that she was not feeling well and that she needed to call 911. I rushed to get home but the paramedics had already taken her to St Mary's hospital. When I arrived they were about to airlift her to Loma Linda university medical. Upon arriving at Loma Linda we were immediately taken to ICU where it was diagnosed that she sustained two brain bleeds and that surgery was needed to put a drain in her skull to drain the blood. It has been touch and go and many scary days. She has been at Loma Linda now for two weeks and will be here longer. It is going to be a long and arduous journey and recovery. We would truly appreciate your help in this tough time.

To know Gillian is to love Gillian. She is a long time member of the Costco family. She has been working for the company for 34 years at Victorville. She is a beautiful person with an amazing personality. She love to spend time with her family here in the United States and the ones in England. She really loves spending time with her girlfriends from work. They call themselves the wolf pack and they have been here by her side numerous times. Gillian is such a great woman and I'm blessed everyday to have her in my life. We would truly love any kind of help you could provide.
