Hello, my name is Kevin Willard and if you are here at this site, you likely may know who I am.
My dear friend and my son Kasey's Godfather, John "Cody" Koziel, passed away suddenly.
It has come to my attention, that as much as we all know Cody loved Jeanie and his family, unfortunately he had no "end of life" plans finalized to take care of his dependent family, in the event something should happen to him. Something did happen to him. We are all very sad at his passing.
You will agree that anytime you would run into Cody he always made you feel important and you knew that he loved you.
I remember when Cody played Santa Claus and those kids just loved him and what he was doing for them. That was Cody, giving and caring, at his best. We all know that Cody would've given his last dollar to help a friend in need. A common thing you would hear about Cody is that "he would give you the shirt off his back". That is a saying we hear about people. In Cody's case, you knew it was true. His history of taking in children and animals will continue to be a living testimonial to his generosity.
Now it is time for all of us to step up the best we can and help those he has left behind. Let him know that you loved him and he was important to you.
Jeanie is trying her best to provide for their family and maintain the home they shared, at a time when she is seriously grief stricken. If you knew Cody, then you know the sadness his family is feeling and their sense of loss at his passing.
Please take a minute right now, while you're here at the site, to donate whatever you can. The money you donate today will be used to feed and support the family Cody loved and cared for, while he was here.
Thank you for helping Cody's Family in their time of need,
Kevin
