Family Hospital Recovery

Donation protected
I'm a mom, before anything, with a plan for a great business, with one big thing in the way.  Both may be once in a lifetime, and we have to survive one to get to the other.  One has been over ten years in the making in knowing what works and doesn't, and is ready to launch and succeed. The founder has to survive major spinal reconstruction surgery, come out of the operating room alive, and be able to move forward in more ways than one, for everyone.   Now, the focus is on getting family to New York so that daily survival is not a stress or burden of itself. The plane tickets have been charged on credit and the cupboards and fridge are not exactly full. And being on temporary disability insurance doesn't cover the bills; I'm hoping the electricity stays on.   Don't want my family to be uncomfortable in any way,   And we're all terrified of getting through this.   And yes, I also don't want my family to worry about funeral expenses or increased medical expenses if the surgery is not a success.   I guess you can understand why this is terrifying.   If my spine is not corrected my vital organs could begin to deteriorate and/or I will eventually be unable to walk.  A fifteen year old son needs his mom, who would like to see and play with grandchildren when the time comes.  In the meantime, I don't want my family to have to bear any more than is absolutely necessary, and under the best of circumstances this is hard enough. We're not in that position.  I'm writing a book, the plan is done, and paying it forward is a lifetime philosophy. Right now, we need to get family here to make a very difficult ordeal as bearable as possible, take care of the pets with needs of their own, and not have to endure any more hardship than necessary, like getting around NYC not unlike tourists to and from the hospital and the electricity staying on, having enough food and gas, and the car not breaking down.  I hope you get the picture by now.  If we get through this, it will not be the last you hear of us.  It's ironic when finally getting to a place that something might work, I have to get out of an operating room alive and be able to walk again to grow something its taken almost a lifetime to create.  Thanks for reading, and I look forward to keeping you posted on the rest of the story.  Love and light.
