Hello everyone

My name is Lauren. I’m a proud mum of three beautiful little girls and an angel baby, Elijah, who sadly went to sleep in October 2020 at just 4 months old.

Losing a child is a pain that never truly leaves you. On the 10th of October this year, it will be 6 years since we lost our precious boy. Although I have carried on with life, my grief is still very real. Some days I feel incredibly empty, and other days I’m okay. Grief doesn’t disappear — you just learn to live alongside it.

I’m starting this GoFundMe to help other parents who are going through the unimaginable loss of a child. My goal is to make Elijah’s charity official — not only to keep my beautiful son’s name and memory alive, but to provide real support, love, and understanding to families who need it most.

When Elijah passed, I had so much support around me, and I am forever grateful. But no matter how much love surrounds you, there is something incredibly different about speaking to someone who truly understands — someone who has walked this path and knows the depth of that pain.

Through this fundraiser, I hope to:

• Support grieving parents emotionally

• Help families feel less alone

• Contribute towards funeral costs for another child

• Build a community where parents can open up, support one another, and heal together

No parent should ever feel alone in their grief.
