It is with profound sadness that I write this for passage. My father Jim McKay suffered a massive stroke on May 31st, resulting in him being fully disabled. After fighting for over 2 months, he is ready to pass on. As we navigate what it’s like to bury a parent, I am asking friends and family to help with his final expenses, as you’re able. I depleted my emergency fund when I flew from AZ to MT to be by his side when he fell ill, and now the expenses are too great.
Anything beyond basic final expenses will support my ability to travel to MT to collect his ashes. Thank you all so much for your support during this painful time.
