**Who We Are**
My name is Pastor Nathan Hunter, founder and Executive Director of Transitional House of Prayer, a clean‑and‑sober transitional housing program serving unhoused adults and individuals returning from incarceration and other walks of life. Our mission is to provide safe, stable, spiritually grounded housing where people can heal, rebuild, and reenter society with dignity and purpose.
Every day, we walk alongside men and women who are ready for change but lack the support, structure, and stability needed to succeed. Transitional House of Prayer exists to fill that gap.

We are launching an 18‑month Reentry Program dedicated to individuals coming home from prison, and all walks of life — a program built in loving memory of the lives lost on the streets where few of us appear to care.
